APLOMB connects evidence, knowledge, technology and responsible action to progress that can affect the water we depend on, our living conditions and technological development. Where renewable energy or other technological solutions are considered, the documented pathway asks: What is being done? Why? What evidence supports it? What are the measurable benefits, limitations, trade-offs, and effects on water, land, ecosystems, communities and future technological needs? The evidence informs the pathway; it does not manufacture a percentage of human or environmental worth.

APLOMB does not speak for, govern or claim to represent the community; culturally specific work must be guided by appropriate consent and meaningful participation.
Claims and proposed actions should be reviewed for source quality, context, uncertainty and possible harm. Where appropriate, the pathway is: recognize → respect → consent → support → educate → measure → verify → restore → continue. This process records evidence and practical progress; it does not assign guilt, identity-based risk or a score for human or cultural worth.

APLOMB is designed as a global hybrid of CHAIN, WEB and PARALLEL: users retain control of their keys, public evidence stays traceable, and computation can remain separate from settlement. The application should never ask for a private key or recovery phrase.
Self-custody by default
Wallet actions are proposed to the user’s wallet for explicit approval. APLOMB does not store user private keys or recovery phrases.
Protocol separation
Settlement and ownership belong to CHAIN; evidence and provenance belong to WEB; scoring, analytics and uncertainty belong to PARALLEL.
Global by purpose
APLOMB is intended for worldwide public-purpose use and progress measurement, without an arbitrary geographic limitation in the product concept.
Compliance-aware boundary
Non-custodial architecture does not itself determine legal status. Jurisdiction-specific access, financial service, token, or exchange activity must be reviewed against applicable law before launch.
